We purchased this hybrid this year; I hope to pick up a comlementary Aromi variety (perhaps 'Sunrise') to place in the same bed.

The Aromi hybrids are a cross between the Exbury azalea and native deciduous azaleas, in order to give us a more heat-resistant variety for the southeastern U.S.


This plant has been said to grow in the following regions:

Decatur, Georgia
Hinesville, Georgia
Summerville, South Carolina
Roanoke, Virginia
