Neon Purple color! This is very rare beautiful, unique heirloom eggplant from Taiwan. The color of the slim fruit is a spectacular, almost fluorescent-neon purple color. No photo of it does justice to its purple beauty. This was my favorite eggplant for eating quality of the 8 heirloom types that I grew out this season. Absolutely pure white , almost seedless , sweet, mild flesh. Great yields, too, of up to 16 inch long fruit. Perfect for stirfries, baking, etc. No need to peel this sweet skin either.
