Since I haven't grown this plant, I can't rate it, but it is said to be the largest hepatica from Ulleng (syn. Ullung) Island, Korea. Ullung Island is a volcanic island about 150 km east of the Korean peninsula, and if you google this plant, you will find some interesting comments on how evolution of this plant has been accelerated since leaving the mainland and becoming isolated on this island (think of Galapagos Island and speciation of the finches that Darwin noted).

The new leaves and flower-supporting bracts are also said to be lined with silver-white hair, and the leaves are also said to reach up to 5" across.
