Positive	wallaby1	On Apr 10, 2006, wallaby1 from Lincoln United Kingdom (Zone 8a) wrote: I bought this as a young plant from Trehane Camellia nursery in January 1999. It has been quick to grow, foliage is quite dense, habit upright. Leaves are large and very dark green, compared to some camellias this one always looks healthy. Flowers are paeony form, medium size, light pink sometimes veined deeper pink, with white picotee edged petals. Flowering season is Early to Late. It is said to be semi-hardy, growing in milder parts of the UK. This plant has survived -9C and prolonged frost untouched. Hybridized in Australia 1898 by Cremorne, a japonica hybrid.
