California poppy has become one of my favorite annuals, and this cultivar is a great one. Foliage is beautiful - compact, gray-green, and lacelike. The plant is easy to grow from seed (direct seed only - does not like transplanting) and flowers quickly and for a long period. Here it flowered late June from an early May seeding, and continued to flower profusely until the end of August. It then took a break but had some spotty rebloom into September. Excellent landscape plant.
