I am putting this as a neutral because I don't know if it is the variety that was the problem or the source of the seeds, but I had 0% germination. I tried planting them several different ways over a span of time, and nothing worked. I have never had a problem germinating my own, plain, homegrown Lathyrus latifolius seeds. I will tell you that the source of the seeds is a company that ranks very low in Garden Watchdog.
