I like the attractive, evergreen, needlelike foliage and texture of the flowers, which perpetually have the look of buds. Nice in winter, in milder areas, tops froze when we had winter chills around 20F. Be aware, it may grow taller than expected, mine is nearly 6 feet, and still growing. It comes back when pruned on the herbaceous stems, but I haven't tried cutting into the woody ones. Good cut flower.
