I've successfully grown this plant in typical orchid bark. It is housed in my own makeshift greenhouse and receives filtered light from translucent fiberglass corrugated panels and just about daily watering and fertilizer "weekly weakly" with a diluted strength of water soluble fertilizer. I've been experimenting with high phosphorus fertilizers to stimulate flowering in my orchids. They seem to be doing well with this change from a balanced fertilizer.

A really wonderful plant that stays small and blooms very often.
Seems to like growing on a chunk of Texas grapevine.
