I have not grown this plant which is natively found in East Africa. Orchid Tree (Bauhinia fassoglensis) is described as a bushy climber. The bloom has five petals. Four of them are yellow and the lower one is reduced to a pointed greenish stub. The leaves are about four inches wide and frequently only slightly clefted.
