It is my understanding the Mission Blue Spruce grows MUCH taller than what is listed on this site. I bought three on discount at a local nursery and they were 8' tall in 5 gallon post. More information can be found here http://www.ces.ncsu.edu/depts/hort/consumer/factsheets/shrub... Most sites list this tree as growing 8 '- 10' in 10 years and up to 50' over it's lifetime.
