I bought this as a young plant from Trehane camellia nursery, UK in January 1999. It is a robust grower, upright, but sends out large, strong new growths, and is relatively compact. The leaves are large, mid green and slightly rounded.

It is a milky white, with red to rose stripes radiating at random from the middle. I have had the odd pure soft rose red flower on it, possibly a throw back from its breeding.
