Damseeds, offers this description: "Exotic pear type melon from Asia. Crisp, pear-like texture with a fresh sweet taste (skin is edible also). Produces a 6" /15cm long smooth yellow fruit with yellow ribbing. Easy to grow and produces well under short seasons. We have been testing this new type of melon for the past 3 years with excellent results."
