This one is very hardy in Maine and has been around our place since the seventies. So bright and cheeful for an older daylily. I like simple and beatiful and I am not a great fan of pie crust edging for it does not show well in the north or opens well in most daylilies I have tried but good old Bright Banner opens faithfully and is always beautiful no matter where we move it. It even lived and bloomed under the fir trees for a time before we took better care of it.
