A small, delicate-looking, mustard-like plant with tiny white flowers and finely cut leaves. If you brush the seedheads when they are ripe, the seeds will explode out; it's especially amusing for kids.

Not surprisingly, it does spread and may be considered a weed, although I believe it is native to the eastern U.S and the Midwest.
