I highly recommend "Lilly and Petals". The flowers are huge and it blooms early through August in zone 9. Flowers are beautiful even early in the season but the rose halo becomes more prominent during warm weather. Flowers are as beautiful at the end of the day as they are at the beginning.

From David Kirchoff's website describing the plant:
32"" Early, Reblooming, Extended bloom, Evergreen. 7 1/4" flower. Large, full, widespread strong peach with rose halo and apricot to green throat. Early Morning Opener. 3 1/2"" wide ruffled petals. Well-branched. Fertile.
