Picture I posted does not do the flower true justice. It is a very pretty flower and definately Dinner Plate sized. Estimate 8 to 9 inches across. It is a little shabby but in a very pretty manner. It is only the second Dinner Plate Dahlia I have been able to bring to bloom. It also has more Purple streaks that are visible with the naked eye than the picture seems to show. Planted two Falls ago. I had blooms last year but they were not this big. It was definately worth the wait.
