Hybridizer Notes: Kirchhoff. 29'' M RE EX EV 4 3/4''. Impressive blooms in a rich currant red color are of slightly rolled back form and near perfection. Flowers are EMO's with exceptional petal and sepal width. The broad petals fully display tiny piecrust edges framed in yellow-gold. The throat is a pointed triangle with beveled midribs enhancing the points on the triangle. These subtle bevels radiate out from the lemon to lettuce throat. The scapes average three branches, and are strongly recurrent. Definitely not your average very good red daylily with near perfect form, but that and much more! A fine and easy parent. Limited. {[TORRID TANGO X (LEONARD BERNSTEIN X SEEDLING)] X [STILL NIGHT X (JACKIE'S CHOICE X MORT'S MAGIC)] X LEONARD BERNSTEIN}.
