Hybridizer notes: DEVONSHIRE DESIGN---(Sweet Blush x Foggy London Town) 29scapes. 6flowers. Semi-evergreen. Early midseason. Recurrent. A bright pink rose flower with a heavily ruffled edge of silver and white that sometimes carries tiny sharks teeth in the ruffling. Form is very full, round, overlapped and ruffled. Throat is small and olive green. Substance is very heavy and holds well in full sun. Scapes are well branched. This flower makes a very attractive garden clump. Fertile. Tetraploid.
