Papoose arrowwood is another member of the Lake Erie Series of arrowwood viburnums selected by Lake County Nursery, a wholesale grower in Perry OH.

This plant is a more compact grower than most arrowwood available. It has rounder leaves with some pubescence, and it tends to be marcescent (some faded leaves persist into winter).

I have one larger plant recovering from stress of a droughty first year in the ground, and many young plants yet to grow up. I expect to add to this note after a full 2007 growing season.
