This is a variegated "Bush-type" morning glory. There isn't currently a whole lot of information on the web about them, but from what I can tell they were trialed and released by Ball Seed Company:
[HYPERLINK@vtgcrec.ifas.ufl.edu]
And then purchased, released, and renamed by Summerhill seeds:
[HYPERLINK@summerhillseeds.com]

Mine was purchased at a nursery that got them from the wholesaler 'Simplybeautifulgardens'

The 'Good morning blue', or 'Sunsmile blue' is a color changing mg. It starts out light-blue (like heavenly blue mg), and then changes to a beautiful light purple(just like in the photo I posted), and then turns to a medium pink. The Flower closes at the end of the day, and can remain on the plant for several days. The closed flowers are dark pink.

It is quite pretty when you have multiple blooms in different stages, as well as the old blossom turned pink. It easily can have all three colors going at once, and with the heavily variegated leaves, it is gorgeous.

It is a heat-lover and does not grow to be large like the vines. It is recommended (on the tag), to grow in a hanging basket.
