Nice looking trees, dark green foliage and a christmas-tree shape. Just don't believe anything that says 6'-12' height. Maybe multi-trunked trees grown in a thicket will end up like that, but my single-trunked trees growing in the open are now 25 feet tall (after 5 years) and still growing explosively. I expect they'll end up about 40 feet tall. I don't expect them to be long-lived trees, but they're doing great as quick erosion control along my creek. I'm in Indianapolis, about 100 miles south of the native range for this tree.
