Looks like Acanthophoenix Crinita in general.This variety is from Reunion island.Young seedlings have a clear brownish colour. The noticeable difference from the 2 other acanthophoenix rubra and crinita is that Rousselii fruits are bright red when ripe and a bit bigger.
