Notes from GRIN
From Poland. Tree hardy, vigorous, long-lived, bark smooth, branches grow at open angle, tendency to bend, leaves large, bright green, blossoms frost resistant, not resistant to prolonged rain, requires pollinator ('Yellow Transparent' suggested), fruit large, flesh firm, cream colored, crisp, juicy, matures late August continuing to late September, tendency to biennial bearing. Good shipper.
