This cultivar is considered a new and distinct plant. It has compact growth with upright and mounded growth and is in continuous bloom.

"Summary: The plant growth habit of 'Balucimyel' is semi-erect to spreading while it is erect to semi-erect for 'Balucyell'. 'Balucimyel' has shorter plants with shorter leaf blades and shorter petioles than 'Balucyell'. The florets of 'Balucimyel' are yellow upon opening and mature to yellow orange while those of 'Baluyell' are yellow orange upon opening and mature to lighter yellow orange.
