I just wanted to comment that the height listed on this page (6-12") is incorrect, at least for the PNW. Fuchsia erecta reaches 3' in height and is also hardy to zone 7. This is a beautiful, compact, upright hardy fuchsia with a bluish purple tinge to it's pink sepals.
