I planted drifts of these tulips, and they were spectacular. They play beautifully off Nandina "Gulf Stream" and Choisya "Sundance".

I would advise NOT mixing them with other colours of tulips, they look outstanding all by themselves.

I was pleased to note that they multiplied freely, and the new blooms were as vigourous as the old. That surprised me.
