Long, smooth, white roots with sweet parsley flavor. The tops are also edible and can be used like leaf parsley. Stores well, like carrots, and winters over in cool climates if mulched. Uniform roots with conical shape are slow to bolt to flower. Can be planted in the spring for fall/winter harvest or in the fall for spring harvest. 95 day.
