When selecting a purple I naturally prefer the more violet shades as opposed to the more purple tones. The deeper, richer and clearer the color, the more attractive it is to my eye. VIOLET BECOMES YOU is one of the best in this regard, a deep rich vibrant violet with a bright gold edge.
Though making a large tall plant, VIOLET BECOMES YOU is much like its pod parent and very vigorous. If you grow one purple for hybridizing this would be the one I would recommend.
