This variety is a cold tolerant and relatively slow bolting plant, suitable for growing in mild climates. First cutting can be harvested in 25-30 days in summer and 40-45 days in winter, after sowing. Three to four cuttings and 6-7 cuttings can be obtained in summer and winter, respectively. This high yielding variety is very popular in Asia. Young broad leaves and stems have excellent aroma flavor.
