From Sakata, which offers this information:"Arco Iris is a heavy headed iceberg type lettuce with dark green color, a flat bottom and short core. Its head is round and approximately 5-6" in diameter, good for shipping in 24" cartons. Arco Iris is mid-maturing, approximately 60 days from harvest with good uniformity for both fall and early spring production."
