I planted two Takion Blues in late June. October is a couple of days away, we've already had one small frost, and I still have several blooms and many buds on these persicifolias. My other persicifolias were done blooming a few weeks ago. If Takion Blue repeats this performance next year, I'll be replacing all my other blue persicifolias with Takion Blue. As a performance note, I do deadhead these because I enjoy the blooms so much.
