rare somewhat dwarf Encephalartos from the Congo... rare because it is difficult to find and dangerous to go there... but it supposdely is not endangered at this time (2008). Pale green upright leaves forming a 'V' in cross section... Deciduous species and somewhat touchy as a seedling
