A modern version of an old fashioned favorite. It is pretty much a compact 'Hansa' and grows 3-4'. The flowers are very fragrant and are a purple pink with some light red. Its kind of a difficult color to describe and even harder to capture in photo to show on a monitor correctly. The dark rugose leaves are a good compliment to the flower color. Stems on this plant are very thorny. This rose provides ornamental hips in fall.
