i like star anise very much .It gives very strong flavour and aroma in cuisine specially fried rice and biryani .
I make green tea with star anise .Cinnamon and green tea leaves in winter . It refreshes me when i chew it in green tea .It is a mojor component of gram masala .
And it is a major component of kashmiri tea for aroma and flavour.It is a refreshing herb .
