A very unusual Xanthosoma with compound lobed leaves. Natural habitat ranges from Mexico to Venezuela. Hardy in zone 8B in the ground, but has a deciduous habit. Goes dormant in the winter months even if kept above 50F. Re-emerges in Spring.
