'Centennial Girl' is a cross of two different species of Holly, Ilex centrochinensis and Ilex aquifolium. It is a Meserve holly, but not Ilex x meserveae. That name is for a group of hybids from a different cross, I. rugosa x I. aquifolium.

It's a small, pyramidal tree, with abundant red fruit. The foliage is medium green, not as dark as other Meserve hybrids. Said to be disease and pest resistant. The needles all face one direction, so this is not a spiny, sharp holly to work around.

One source on the internets says 'Blue Prince' is a pollinator for this Holly. I hope so, because I don't know of any I. aquifolium growing in my neighborhood..
