Cucurbita mixta. 100 Days. Holds its bright white color. Unlike other white pumpkins that take on blue and yellow tones as they age, this pumpkin stays ghostly white. They have a nice round pumpkin shape, averageing 12 inches across and weighing an average of 25 to 35 pounds. Perfect for painting jack-o'lanterns or decorating.
