This plant does not produce runners with daughter plants. Seems to do well in varing light conditions. Does not seem to like being soggy (my 2 year old killed two of them with severe overwatering) but I have heard it can be grown in a vase or underwater. It is a very pretty plant and looks great in a red planter. It is often confused with the spider plant (Chlorophytum comosum).
