Long, red, horn-shaped tubers with pink flesh, donated from Peru 1998. One of the very few "new" Landrace Potato available in North America. USDA is restricting all potato imports (except from Canada) and therefore we don't have access to South American Landrace tubers. You can tell from the picture how unique this one looks. You can make a really unique potato salad by boiling it with the skins and cutting in half-inch slices. Google Kenosha Potato Project for more info.
