Surf City's many, lovely 6-8" flowers enchant with rings of red and multiple shades of pink, surrounded with a soft yellow edge. Surf City is a prolific bloomer, with an excellent, full, compact bush and beautiful, dark foliage. Surf City, at a maximum size of about 4', is well suited for pot growing on patios or indoors and in the front of borders. Surf City is the offspring of Fifth Dimension and High Voltage. Released in 2004 from HVH.
