'Blue President' is a cross between the classic garden variety hibiscus, 'President,' and the modern hybrid, 'Renaissance Blue.' The result is a 5-7" flower that gets its purplish blue from 'Renaissance Blue' and its dark red edges and eye from 'President.' The bush grows slowly and stays small. Released from HVH in 2009.
