Very similar to Livistona chinensis, and in fact it used to be considered a variety, (Livistona chinensis var. boninensis), but has now been classified separate species. It is different, by having much larger green fruit, not blue, and is much taller than L. chinensis. Not sure how it is different otherwise. From Bonin Islands.
