High maintenance plant. After 4 to 5 years it becomes very leggy and stemy. At that point the plant begins to collapse under it's own weight. The result is an ugly die off of the stems. Very difficult to return to it's former healthy good condition.To avoid this mess (high effort) one must stay on top of this plant as it grows and expands.

Growth here in SW Florida is aggressive and quite fast.
Not too picky about soil pH, but will not do well in poor draining soils.
