Aug 2016: Changing rating to neutral b/c yes, paltn has behaved like a perennial, but it takes so long to come back to life, vs. vinca or petunias or begonias, I've found them too expensive to grow. Perhaps if you grow from seeds, a cheaper alternative I am paying $30 for an 18 ct flat--just too expensive for the limited show. This rating would apply to all the angelonias I've planted in my garden.
