They are great in this heavy clay soil in zone 5b. I had 2 of these last year and there are 10+ now this year. They are babies, but the 2 were babies last year and look great this year. I have pictures from my garden here. I bought the 2 at Bluestone Perennials in Madison, Ohio. I love that nursery! These bloomed 5/20/2011.
