Cooley's Garden Catalog for 1942. "A Bright Ruby Red iris of medium size flower and tall splendid growing habits. It increases fast and is a heavy bloomer." Also E.G Lapham is from Elkhart, Indiana where my Father was born, so I am trying to add all of the Lapham Iris to the DG database.
