This plant can be grown for its foliage with the bonus of flowers. Provide it with a well drained soil with regular watering. Be sure not to over water this plant. pokerboy.

Annual or short lived perennial from South Africa.

Has small, linear soft, slightly hairy leaves. Bears solitary, light blue, daisy like flowers with a yellow centre.

Flowers June to September, but has not stopped flowering in the 3 years I have grown it even in the depths of winter in a frost free greenhouse.

Likes sharply drained, poorsih soil in full sun. Will not tolerate dampness nor frost and is hardy only down to 37 F so requires a frost free situation for winter.
