This plant lived thru a TX summer with minor sunburn. Granted, in 2014 we had few, if any, 3 digit temp days. I plan to build a little shade cloth with a tomato cage to protect the plant in future summers which I will use if the plant gets too ratty on me. I grow this plant in full sun, with average water.
