I have 3 essentially similar daylilies: Obedience, Illusive Dream, and this one. Siloam Lilac Magic has a bright green center, Illusive Dream has a large yellow center and no ruffles, Obedience has ruffles and a small yellow center. Of the three, Illusive Dream is the most vigorous, and Obedience the least. Siloam Lilac Magic is very pretty; if you were only going to buy one daylily of this size and color, I would pick this one or Illusive Dream, not Obedience. I grow Siloam Lilac Magic in partial shade and the color stays very well throughout the day.
