On its first bloom in my zone 5 garden, Lake Norman Spider had 20 buds on one scape. There is so much going on in in the color department, and quite short for the size of the bloom. A real eye catcher along a pathway or toward the front of the garden.

I'm just in love with this big ole floppy daylily. Beautiful blooms, photo doesn't do it justice.

Pod and Pollen fertile.
